Monitoring and Evaluation System of CISD:
CISD has its own monitoring system for smooth and regular operation of all programs, comprising data collection, data processing and reporting. Performance based monitoring and evaluation system for staff management has been developed. Information from field offices to head office sent in prescribed formats, which are compiled and analyzed by the head office staff for monitoring, reporting and necessary feed back to the field/project offices.
CISD conducts the monitoring and evaluation of its programs/projects for achieving the following objectives:
- To ensure the quality services;
- To ensure all objective-oriented activities;
- To ensure the accurate utilization of proposed inputs;
- To ensure the proper distribution of proposed supports;
- To identify the problems in implementing the project activities;
- To solve the identified problems;
Monitoring and Evaluation Issues:
During the implementation period of projects, CISD considers the following monitoring and evaluation issues:
- Whether the finance and inputs are/are not being distributed in time;
- Whether the activities are/are not being done as per proposed budget line items and objectives;
- Whether proposed services of all personnel involved with the respective projects are/are not being used properly;
- Whether the cooperation and faith among the team members do/do not exist.
